Refund policy

All sets are custom-made and created specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom press-on nails.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • An order has not yet entered production and is canceled within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A mistake was made on our end .(incorrect item shipped)

 

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. If cancellation takes place before production, but after sizing kit has been sent. A partial refund will be returned. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation.

 

Processing Time

Each set is handmade and requires processing time after sizing is confirmed. Processing times will vary depending on order volume and design complexity.
